How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or busy seasons. Last-minute bookings are accepted if availability allows.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! Some rentals include delivery, full setup, and takedown within our service area. Additional travel fees may apply for farther distances.
If you prefer, you can also choose self-pickup, self-setup, and self-return for any of our rentals that do not require an attendant. Attendants can be added on for an additional fee when needed.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Northwest Arkansas, including Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Springdale, and Fayetteville.
How long is a rental period?
This depends on the item:
• Machines + Photo Booth → Hourly, half-day, or full-day options
• Décor + Small Items → Flat day rate
• Premium installs → Customized timing available

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental date. Remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
You’re responsible for all rental items while they’re in your care. If an item is damaged, missing, or returned excessively dirty, a replacement or cleaning fee may apply.
What happens in bad weather?
We offer rescheduling or alternate indoor setup options when possible. If conditions are unsafe, we may adjust or cancel outdoor setup to protect equipment.
